After the AL Supreme Court ruling jeopardized access to IVF in Alabama, a grassroots effort known as the Fight for Alabama Families Coalition was born. FFAF mobilized thousands of advocates across the state and country, including 350 individuals who traveled to the statehouse to tell legislators their stories and sent over 33,000 emails. This groundswell enabled the quick passage of SB176, legislation that enabled families and providers with necessary protections to return to critically needed IVF services.
